My name is Quin Blair, and I'm running for the Wyoming House of Representatives in District 24. I wanted to take a few moments to introduce myself, share a bit about who I am, my why behind running, and outline the principles and priorities that are driving my campaign.

I'm a fourth-generation Cody resident. I grew up here, chose to raise my family here, and have spent my career building something here. As Chief Marketing Officer and an owner of Blair Hotels— one of Park County's largest private employers — I know what it takes to create jobs, manage budgets responsibly, and make decisions that affect real people's lives. I'm not a career politician. I'm a neighbor, a business owner, and someone who cares deeply about the future of this community.

My commitment to Park County goes beyond my work. I currently serve as Chairman of the Park County Travel Council and previously served as Vice Chair of the Wyoming Office of Tourism Board of Directors. I've served on the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce board of directors and stay actively involved in organizations like the Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale, the Cody Fireworks Committee, Cody Culture Club, and PEAKS to Conga, a group that provides non-medical financial support to those battling cancer.

I'm running because I believe the people of Park County deserve a representative who listens, shows up, and fights for them in Cheyenne.

I refuse to let extreme ideology or partisan politics get in the way of good policy. Our neighbors deserve better than that.

Public Lands
Wyoming's public lands belong to the people, not to be sold off or diminished. I will fight to protect them for future generations.

Gun Rights
The Second Amendment is fundamental to Wyoming's way of life. I will defend it without apology.

Economic Development
Government should never slow Wyoming down. I'll work to remove unnecessary barriers and support the growth that benefits Wyoming families.

Education
Our children deserve every opportunity to succeed right here at home. If we want the next generation to stay, return, and build their lives in Wyoming, we have to invest seriously in K–12 education.

Fiscal Responsibility
Taxpayer dollars are earned through hard work, and government must remain accountable to the people who fund it. I will push for disciplined, transparent budgeting.

Tourism
Park County is the East Gate to Yellowstone, home to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, and the only community in the country with a nightly summer rodeo. These are extraordinary competitive advantages, and I intend to develop them intentionally for the benefit of local residents.

This is where I live. This is where I'm raising my family and building my future. I'm running to make sure the people of House District 24 have someone in Cheyenne who never forgets that.
